  • Juan Carlos Fleites, MD, FACS

    Dr Juan C. Fleites earned his medical degree in 1990 from Universidad Central del Caribe in Puerto Rico. He completed his surgical training at Brookdale Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He has attended many post-graduate courses, including Laparoscopic, Robotics, Bariatric and Breast Surgery. His main interests are Robotic Surgery (colon resection, gallbladder, hernia and bariatric). He has been serving the Miami-Dade community since 1996. Dr Fleites is a highly experienced Robotic Surgeon with close to 2000 Robotic Surgeries performed.

  • Franklin Garcia-Godoy, DO, FACOS, FACS, RPVI

    Dr. Franklin Garcia-Godoy graduated in 2008 from Nova Southeastern University as Doctor in Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his surgical training in the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013. He then entered into a two-year Vascular Fellowship at the same facility, which he completed in 2015. He moved to Miami where he established his Vascular Surgery practice. His main focuses are PAD, Endovascular Procedures, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm and Venous Disease.

  • Juan L. Velazquez-Stuart, MD, RPVI

    Dr. Velazquez-Stuart graduated in 2010 from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine where he finished his specialty In General Surgery. In 2018 he completed a Vascular and Endovascular Surgery subspecialty at Rutgers University. Since then, he has been serving the community of South Florida as a vascular surgeon. His main interests are in carotid surgery and minimally invasive techniques to treat cerebrovascular disease. Other interests are endovascular repair of aortic aneurysms, limb salvage and venous disease.

  • Marah C. Tillman, MD

    Dr. Marah Tillman earned her medical degree from the Herbert Wertheim Florida International University College of Medicine in 2016. She completed her surgical training at Mount Sinai Health System in New York, New York followed by the University of Massachusetts Memorial Health Care in Worcester, Massachusetts. Her interests include minimally invasive or laparoscopic surgery (gallbladder removal, hernia repair), thyroid surgery, and breast disease surgery.

  • Manuela Dormoy, APRN

    Manuela Dormoy graduated from Florida International University with a Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2010. Since then, she has been providing services as a nurse practitioner at Bay Surgical Group. She specializes in surgical and vascular patients, with more than 10 years of experience.
